Well, yes. Through this wonderful application downloadable from Cydia (cost € 8, but spent very well) we can tackle the big flaw of the iPhone or the GPS signal with a loooong weak.
We just start this application, Scans of devices, hook up the device and once hooked, press the Home button and open a browser (TomTom, Navigon, ...).
works by god.
Oh I forgot ... do not forget to enable location services menu of the iPhone (Settings -> General and Serv-enabled location)
